The Story of the Enchilada Sauce: Heather's mom taught us how to can food a little while ago, so I made a big batch of my top secret Enchilada Sauce. I screen printed a label that represents how I feel about Enchilada Sauce. then I gave away jars of it to family for Christmas. I hope they will all eat it and love it. The End.

Cool!...and I'm glad that you're planning to take more photos of what you're up to.
ReplyDeleteI want to see the screen; how did you print the lids? This is awesome; we are the chili fanatics out here in Canby - VERY interested in your enchilada sauce. (I know, you'd tell me but then you'd have to kill me.)
ReplyDeleteps We grow our own chilis (dozens of varieties), tomatillos and garlic. Open kettle or canner? ha ha. This is what you get for posting on the internet.
Hey Judy! That's awesome that you grow your own chilis! I'm a fanatic too! Actually some of the chilis in the sauce were home grown, but we didn't quite have enough for the whole batch.
ReplyDeleteI'm doing a new post about the screen printing process, since you're interested, so stay tuned!
Hope you're doing well, Judy!
oh, shoot! teesha said to come here to see your sauce... and I thought it was going to be the recipe, not a big secret. now I'll just have to dream about it. the labels are cool though....
ReplyDeleteCute lid. Thought the recipe would be here after reading Teesha's post. Guess I will just have to let my mouth water and pout. :-)
